Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment with Action Septic Service:

• You agree to be present or have an authorized representative present at the scheduled time
• You understand that appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
• You agree to provide reasonable access to the septic system and related components

Pricing and Payment

All service pricing will be communicated prior to the commencement of work. By authorizing services, you agree to pay the quoted price plus any additional charges for work outside the original scope that you have approved.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions
• Pricing for services is subject to change without notice, though quoted prices will be honored for scheduled appointments

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future services

Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling services, you grant Action Septic Service and its employees permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the requested services. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, landscaping features, or other property elements not disclosed prior to service. If excavation is required, it is your responsibility to have underground utilities marked through appropriate locating services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action Septic Service’s liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions of your septic system
• Damage resulting from your failure to disclose relevant information
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind
• Problems arising from improper use or maintenance of your septic system after our service

Warranty and Disclaimers
